The description and title would lead you to believe there are actually sequins but it’s just a flat printed picture. It doesn’t look as good in person which is disappointing and when I tried to explain my problem to the shop owner she says she doesn’t do returns, and that the description describes the sequins are hand drawn by Chinese artists and that’s where the “hand detailed with shimmering sequins” came from in the item description. I was issued a $15 store credit (I paid over double that for the shirt) but this whole shopping and customer service experience has left me feeling pretty under appreciated as a customer.

I wanted to reach out regarding the review you left about your turkey shirt. I always appreciate feedback, but I was surprised to see a negative review after we had fully resolved the issue together in messages.

When you reached out, I carefully reviewed your concern, explained the design details, and—even though custom items are not eligible for return—I still offered a $15 store credit as a courtesy. You accepted that credit, thanked me, and then successfully used it the next day toward your next purchase along with an additional discount. Because of that full resolution and positive follow-up order, I didn’t expect to see a review stating that you felt underappreciated or that your concerns weren’t addressed.

I do stand by my products, which clearly state that the design is a printed faux-sequin style, not actual stitched sequins, and I always do my best to clarify any confusion and take care of my customers—just as I did in our conversation.

I’m always more than willing to help when something isn’t as expected, but I also want to make sure reviews accurately reflect the situation, especially when a resolution has already been agreed upon and used.

If there’s anything more you feel wasn’t handled or if you’d like to clarify anything from the review, I’m open to discussing it.
